I’ve recently started a workout routine during the week. I’ve definitely put off fitness for quite a while, and realized that it’s not to my benefit. I work at a desk all day, so I need to at least do something high intensity each day. That time of day is early in the morning, only because it’s really the only time in the day that I have for myself. Once the boys wake up, my attention goes to them.
