14 Paleo Friendly Meals To Make During Fall

Paleo has been a new way of eating for myself and my husband. Although we haven’t been considered to be gluten intolerant, we definitely lean towards a diet that consists of vegetables and meat. If anything we aim to make sure our meal has a good amount of veggies in it.

For anyone who wants more veggies in your diet, a paleo diet is your best bet. We are not strict by any means, but we limit carbs as much as we can in our cooked meals.

Every week I end up scouring Pinterest and Facebook groups for new recipes to try. I tend to stick to recipes that don’t require me to go to a specialty store to get an ingredient, but I’m definitely not opposed to it. Simplicity is my best friend here, and I know for many of us busy moms, we want recipes that are easy to make and require minimal and easy to find ingredients.

Since it’s fall, I decided to compile some great fall recipes from some awesome food bloggers that would be great to have during this season. I think when we all think fall we automatically think pumpkins and apples. I love having both of these during this time of year!

Here are some great Paleo recipes that are great to make in the fall season!

Savory Pumpkin Soup
I love soup and the ingredients are pretty minimal and easy to find this time of year! Also, bacon in my soup always gets my vote!


Vegan Chocolate Sweet Potato Milkshake
A milkshake in fall? Why not!? Sweet potato also reminds me of fall. This milkshake sounds delicious and filling while providing some fiber!


Cajun Slow Cooked Whole Chicken
Slow cooking recipes are my favorite because you pretty much let it do the cooking while you can do other things! You can never go wrong with chicken, let alone cajun flavored chicken!


Microwave Spaghetti Squash with Sage-Browned Butter and Toasted Walnuts
Squash and browned butter? Yes please! I have yet to make spaghetti squash – this recipe looks easy and quick to get onto the dinner table!


Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts With Balsamic Mayo Dip
Bacon and brussel sprouts are my favorite paleo combo so any variation of how I can get these two things together is something I always look into! I think this would be a great appetizer for a family dinner party, don’t you think?


Paleo Apple Pie
OMG apple pie is my favorite fall dessert! If I see it at the grocery store I tend to get one and eat with some delicious vanilla ice cream. Obviously that isn’t Paleo but this apple pie is. Top with some ice cream as a treat, because you know you would because it isn’t the same without it!


Slow Cooker Lemon Pepper Chicken
Another slow cooker chicken recipe and I don’t mind it one bit! This one is lemon pepper and requires your typical veggies – carrots, onion, peppers. Yum!


Lime Coconut Salmon and Sweet Potato Bake
We don’t eat much fish only because it’s pricey for the good stuff, but when we do eat fish it’s typically salmon. This recipe looks like something I would definitely make because it’s super easy and has sweet potatoes and coconut and lime. Yum!


Creamy Butternut Squash Soup
I love butternut squash soup, but I never make it myself. I had no idea there was such a thing as butternut squash puree, so if anyone can tell me where I can find this, I totally will make this recipe!


Guilt Free Paleo Pumpkin Muffins In The Air Fryer
I’ve never heard of an air fryer, but it sounds pretty cool, and you can make paleo pumpkin muffins using it! To me, it sounds light and fluffy, which sounds pretty good to me!


Chicken Sausage and Vegetable Skillet
I love skillet recipes because they are easy and quick to make. I am a big fan of chicken sausage and love how there are so many different kind of veggies in this!


Sweet Potato Kale Soup
This soup recipe has sweet potato and kale! It’s filled with veggies and deliciousness. It also requires not many ingredients making it a simple soup you can have for lunch or dinner!

Bacon Fat Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze
Another brussel sprouts recipe made with bacon but just the bacon fat! Such a delicious and simple recipe you can make as a side dish!


Slow Cooker Gluten-Free Beef Bourguignon
Yay for another slow cooker recipe. This one is a beef bourguignon recipe and looks so hearty and flavorful! A great fall recipe for sure!
